Evaluation of the influence of low - intensity laser radiation on structural and metabolic changes of skeletal muscles structure of piglets (1 - 30 day - old) with low live weight at birth (870 - 950 g) was realized. In course of research the investigation of the interaction between the peculiar properties of the structural organization of the skeletal muscles and their functional specialization as well as the determination of fine submicroscopic morphology was realized. Under the influence of low - intensity laser radiation in the longissimus muscle of piglets backs there was stated the statistically proved increased content of lysine (on 56,9%), leucine (on 30,5%), methionine (on 44,9%), tryptophane (on 30,8%), threonine (on 54,6%) and praline (on 18,5%). The different degree of reaction of the ultrastructural components of skeletal muscles after low - intensity laser radiation application was revealed. The most substantial morphological and physiological changes were typical for mitochondria and sarcoplasmic net. Low - intensity laser radiation increased the content of free amino acids in the skeletal muscles of piglets, rendered the stimulating effect on the myohystogenesis of skeletal muscles and made it possible to improve piglets physiological state
