Quantitative characteristics and species diversity of mould in the soils of the Baishuijiang National Reserve

Chino. 研究了白水江国家级自然保护区海拔1 000~2 800 m的不同植被下土壤中霉菌的数量和物种多样性,结果表明:土壤霉菌各属数量均随海拔高度的升高而下降,海拔1 100 m霉菌总量为84.28×105个/(g干土);海拔1 200~2 600 m为43.98×105个/(g干土);海拔2 700 m以上仅为29.70×105个/(g干土);霉菌多样性程度在1 400 m最高,2 600 m最低;霉菌数量与多样性与气温、有机质之间的相关性最大,与全氮之间的相关性次之,而与土壤含水量、pH、C/N之间的相关性不明显.

The species diversity of mould in the soils were investigated at different vegetation types in the Baishuijiang National Reserve,which were collected from the soils ranging from 1@000 to 2@800 meters.The results showed that the mould quantity were decreased with the increasing of elevation.The quantity and species diversity of mould showed significant correlation to temperature and organic matter,less correlation to total nitrogen,and much less correlation to pH,C/N and soil water content.
