Isolation and identification of the pathogen of milk disease cultured in swimming crab Portunus tritubercularus (portunidae)

Chino. 从浙江舟山市养殖场患“牛奶病”的三疣梭子蟹（Portunus tritubercularus）乳化的螯足、步足及肝胰脏中分离到1株细菌A1，对其进行了形态特征、生理生化测定和16S rRNA基因序列比较鉴定，并对其药物敏感性进行了检测。结果表明，分离菌株A1为恶臭假单胞菌（Pseudomonas putida），其对丁胺卡那霉素、氟苯尼考、盐酸蒽诺沙星、甲磺酸培氟沙星、盐酸左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、新霉素、氧氟沙星等高度敏感，对青霉素钠、头孢曲松、酒石酸吉他霉素、头孢氨苄、四环素、麦迪霉素、土霉素等中度敏感，而对磺胺喹f啉钠、复方新诺明、磺胺二甲嘧啶钠、磺胺嘧啶等不敏感。

One bacterial strain was isolated from the emulsificated pincers, pace foot and liver of swimming crab Portunus tritubercularus (portunidae) which suffered from the emulsification disease. The strain was confirmed to be the pathogen of the disease by the artificial infection experiment. And it was identified as Pseudomonas putida by morphological features, physiological, biochemical characteristic and 16S rRNA gene sequence comparison analysis. Meanwhile, its sensitivity to antibiotics was detected. The results showed that Pseudomonas putide was highly sensitive to Pefloxacin mesylate, Neomycin, Norfloxacin, Ofloxacin et al; it was moderately sensitive to KitasamycinTartrate, Ceftriaxon, and Terramycin; but it was insensitive to the Sulfamethoxazole Co., Sulfadiazine, Sulphadimidine Sodium, and Sulfaquinoxaline Sodium et al._
