Meniran (Phyllanthus niruri L.) is needed for medicinal herbs because the function is as a hyposensitive, antihepatotoxic, hypoglycemic, antibacterial, and as an immunostimulator. But in the other hand, this plant is not been plantationing yet. This experiment aimed to study the effect of plant spacing and nitrogen fertilizer (urea) to the biomass product of meniran. The experiment was conducted in Desa Dadaprejo, Kecamatan Junrejo, Kabupaten Dati II Malang, using a factorial experiment with randomized block design. The first factor examined was agriculture distance with 3 levels; there are limited distanced (20 x 10) cm, exactly distance (20 x 15) cm, and wide distance (20 x 20) cm. The second factor was nitrogen fertilizer consisted of 5 levels; 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 g urea/plant. The result showed there was no interaction effect between the two factors examined. Application of limited plant spacing (20 x 10) cm and 2 g urea/plant gave the fresh and dry weight higher than another applications and the optimum dosis for urea fertilizer = 2.2 g/plant.
