In order to study of most suitable plant Density and planting date on corn yield ( K.S.C. 301 ) as the second cultivation an experiment was conducted at and#1611sarab changaeiiand#1611Agricultural research center of khorramabad , lorestan province for two years ( 2000 – 2001) . For this research , Three plant Density ( D1 =75000, D2 =85000 and D3 =95000 plant per hectar) with three planting Date ( T1 =21 june , T2=30 june and T3=10 july ) were compared in a factorial design with four replications byusing randomized complete block design. In 2000 , ANOVA indicated there was no significant differences between , replication ,plant Density and simple interaction between planting date and plant Density , but there was significant differences between planting date at 1% probability level. The higher mean yield obtained from T2=9920, D3=9156 and T1D2=9760 kilogram perhectar. In 2001 , ANOVA indicated there was significant differences between replication and planting date at 1% proability level and there was significant differences between plant Density at 5% probability level . There was no significant differences for simple interaction between plant density and planting date in this year. The higher mean yield obtained from T1=8798 , D1=9007 and T1D1=9495 kilogram per hectar. Based on two year multiple variances of grain yield result show there was significant differences between years , years ×replication , years × planting date at 1% probability level but there was no differnces between plant density , planting date × plant density , years × plant density and plant density × planting date × years. The higher mean yield obtained from first year ( y1=2000 )=9273 , T1=9505 , D1 =8923 , T2× D1=9751 , y1D3=9820 , Y1×T2=10370 and Y1× T1× D3 =10630 kilogram per hectar.
