Hyacinth flower (Hyacinthus orientalis L.) has special importance amonge bulbous flower in flower world commerce. Due to colour diversity and moderate perfume of this flower, it has special place among people who interested in flowers. Because of low production of bulblets from mother plants in case of vegetative propagation, therefore in order to solve this problem, the research was done via in vitro culture in tissue culture laboratory in Ramin Agricultural Research and Educational Centre, Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, in 2002. In this research, two kinds of auxins which are NAA and IBA were used in different concentrations of 0.5 and 1.0 mg/l in MS medium on leaf primordia and scale. This study was done in complete randomized design. The results showed that in MS medium which were supplemented with 3% sucrose, 0.8% agar and 0.5 mg/l NAA, organogenesis mostly roots has occured, in 6 weeks intervals. Also, with modifying the type and concentration of auxin which was 1.0 mg/l IBA, the bulblets formation from explant were observed.
