The purpose of this work was to determine the influence of conventional and mininum tillage systems and two differentiated fertilization and plant protection levels on grain yield, 1000 grain weight and structure elements of spring barley ear. Spring barley cv. Start (1. cycle of crop rotation) and cv. Rataj (2. cycle of crop rotation) was cultivated in crop rotation: potato-spring barley-winter rye. Conventional tillage significantly increased grain yield of spring barley in comparison with minimum tillage. Intensive level of fertilization and chemical crop protection significantly increased grain yield, number ears per square m, lenght ears and decreased values of the disease index of spring barley
