In the studies discussed in this paper a considerable impact by soil grain sizes was found on the soil properties studied and on the species composition of the vegetation cover. In the case of the physicochemical, chemical, and biological properties of the soil and the floral composition and development features of tree stands, the diversifying factors include, besides the intensity of the anthropogenic impact generated mainly by the Nitrogen Plant different habitat conditions and the chemical composition of decaying organic metal. The studies showed that the impact of industrial ambient concentration on the eco-chemical state and biological properties of the soils can be modified by the buffer capacity of the soil ecosystem, and by conditions favourable for the development of microorganisms
