Estimation of the chemical composition, amino acid composition and protein value in winter triticale

The objectives of presented study was winter triticale - Lamberto variety harvested in the yers 2002-04. It was observed differences in chemical composition and protein value. The Lamberto variety contained in 1 kg dry mater: 111.2 - 126.9 g crude protein. The triticale from 2004 year characterized highest content of crude protein, fat and fibre. The highest value of EAAI it was showed for triticale from 2002 year (70.24), in the next years: oser indicies (EAAI) were: 2003 - 60.84, 2004 - 56.9, respectivety. Limiting amino acid indicies (CS) were in 2002: lysine, 2003 and 2004 - tryptofan
