Characteristic of microsatellite loci polymorphism identyfying by using markers wmc104 and MST101 in octoploid triticale

In this study the presence of wheat microsatellite sequence wmc104 and MST101 was investigated as a molecular markers linked with tolerance to PHS (preharvest sprouting) in wheat-rye hybrid GOT20 (X Triticosecale Wittmack). For markers detecting the PCR method was used. This reaction is precise and sensitive, permiting to obtain product in large quantities, even at very little DNA quantities. Results obtained in presented study shows presence of both markers in investigated line GOT. Multipattern amplification view of MST101 shows extensive locus, which probably occurrs repeatedly in different number of repetitions
