The paper presents the issue of implementation into production the piles aerator. The course of the constructional work with the computer aid, an investigative model structure and field investigations have been discussed. The carried out research have shown that usage of the aerator to the organic waste materials in aerobical technology is legitimate and economically reasonable. A measurable result of the research is initiation of the production of the piles aerator tested in respect of the structure endurance, functionality and work quality
