The effectiveness of full doses of herbicides, applied to spring wheat of Jasna cultivar for weed control, was compared in a single-factor field experiment performed in 2001-03 - was aim of the study. The applied herbicides have caused significant changes in weed phyto-coenosis in spring wheat, their application reduced the number of species by 22.2-63.0 percent and the number of weeds by 58.5-85.7 percent, as well as air-dry matter by an average of 42.1-72.0 percent over the research period. The highest wheat grain crop improvement was achieved after using Chwastox Mix 292 EW and Senegal 65 WG. The average crop was 4.97 and 4.72 t/ha and was higher by 61 and 52 percent, respectively than the control
