Field and laboratory experiment were conducted to study the reaction of winter rape cultivars on different levels of a crop production system. The following factors were investigated: I-two levels of crop production system (standard and intensive) and II-five winter rape cultivars. In standard system were applied (in kg/ha): 140 N, 26.2 P, 99.6 K, also standard weed and pest control. In the intensive system N fertilization was increased by 50 kg/ha and additionally fungicides and foliar fertilization were given twice. It was observed that a different level of the crop production system had a significant effect on number of stripped siliques per plant, canopy height to plant height ratio, number of seeds per stripped silique, 1000 seed weight, crude fat content and total protein content in seeds and seed yield of standard nutrients
