The paper presents the influence of multi-component foliar fertilizers on the yield and chemical composition of grains of both hulled and hull-less oats cultivated on medium quality soil. It was observed that foliar fertilization differentiated the quantity and components of oats yields. The application of Basfoliar 12-4-6 led increase by 11.9 percent, while Basfoliar 36 Extra increased the number of ears on a panicle by 17.4 percent. Fertilizers such as Adob CU, Solubor and Basfoliar 12-4-6 increased grain numbers by 24.9, 25.7 and 41.9 percent respectively. All the fertilizers so applied, especially Adop Cu and Basfoliar 12-4-6, led to reduced protein, fibre and ash content
