The influence of non-point pollutants from agriculture on surface water quality OKM HS DTD in upper and middle Banat (Serbia) is presented. The facts that have been found during the contemplation of different theoretical theses are the catchment is dynamic system where many interactions can be developed; and different pollutants come from the catchment to canal which is the final recipient. Also, the on-point pollutants have been defined as the main cause of pollution and mineral fertilizer category has been pointed out as one of the most important pollutant representative that pollutes water during agricultural activities. The changes of the parameters of the canal water quality have been explored on two spots, and at that time general, climate, land and hydrography conditions of the area have been analysed as well. Agriculture has been defined as the most important pollutant. It is both non-point and concentrated pollutant of waters. Using classification for water quality estimation infer from both Nejgebauer and U.S.Salinity Laboratory, for two months July and August, it can be seen that the quality of the water for irrigation is relatively favourable for that the most critical period of the year. Interdependence of the quantity of nitrogenous manure that has been applied and the content of nitrogenous parameters in downstream canal water shows us existing proportional correlative connection, while only nitrates have statistical important connection. Researching both interdependence on quantity of falls on watershead and content of nitrogenous parameters in canal water it have not been found statistical important connection. Both, the obtained results and important percentage representation of agricultural nitrogen in total quantity of nitrogen in canal water, show us evident influence of non-point pollution from agriculture, and it is necessary to supervise their influence realizing appropriate measures for preservation and improvement of existing water quality.
