Influence of honey bee and other pollinators in alfalfa and red clover pollination was investigated. In order to attract honey bee crop has sprayed by sugar syrup. Experiment was doing in Dobricevo, Cuprija (Serbia) during 2004 and 2005. Field with alfalfa and red clover were situated by each other. Alfalfa field size and red clover field size were 30 ha and 16 ha respectively. Twenty two honey bee colonies were included in pollination. Honey bee and other pollinators significantly higher visited red clover then alfalfa. Number of pollinators scored in square meter were 46.27 on red clover field and 19.93 on alfalfa field. Honey bee was dominant pollinators on both species (4:1 to compares with other pollinators). Alfalfa seed yield was 127.00 kg/ha and red clover seed yield was 569.5 kg/ha. Treatment with sugar syrup was resulting in increased of seed production for 8.9% of alfalfa and 18% of red clover.
