The induction and synchronization of estrus cycle in cows

The induction and synchronization of estrus cycle is modern biotechnological methods in increasing production and reproduction characteristics in cows. The medicine of prostaglandine and gonade-realizing hormone (GnRH) are used to induction and synchronization of estrus cycle in cows. The prostaglandines are given two times in the period from 11 days, after that 72-96 hours is done artificial insemination. The second way is given GnRH (0. day), after 7 days are given prostaglandine and 30-48 hours later second injection of GnRH. Both method are effective in induction and synchronization estrus cycle in cows.
