Mijacic Milutin individual farm under cultivation in Djurovac village near Prokuplje (Serbia) has been polled. Djurovac village is about 5 km far from Prokuplje, about 400 meters of height above sea level. There are ideal conditions for agricultural production in this farm. Twelve family members live and work in the farm: a father, mother and 10 children. They till the total of 26- ha -soil. They also have almost every kind of land-cultivating machines so they do not hire any labor. From all the raising they grow on the farm, these are considered significant: barley, wheat, corn, lucerne, artificial grass etc. In the field of cattle breeding prevails the production of cow milk, the fattening of young beef and sheep raising. Our research has included all the production changes in the farm which took place in relation to the variable expenses and a gross margin.
