Agronomical effectiveness of fertilizers NMgS, DASA, DUFOS and FOSTIM was tested at Sladkovicovo within small-plot field experiment on medium-heavy degraded chernozem when as model crop winter wheat (variety of Arida) was investigated. On the basis of achieved experimental results the following conclusions can be formulated: Application of DASA 26/13 fertilizer within regeneration fertilizing at the rate of 347.1 kg N/ha and 23.6 kg S/ha increased the yield of grain by 9.3% comparing to control what represents profit of 1.085 SKK per hectare. When NMgS fertilizer was applied at the rate of 47.1 kg N/ha and adequite amount of sulphur and magnesium, the yield of grain was increased by 10.3% representing profit of 1.332 SKK per ha. Comparing effectiveness of DASA 26/5, DASA 26/13 and NMgS ferilizers to LAD 27 fertilizer under regeneration fertilizing the first three fertilizers increased yield of grain by 1.3 to 3.6% and values of KEE (coefficient of economical effectiveness) from 1.41 to 2.08 what represents increasing of profit by 275 Sk to 864 SKK per hectare. Combination of NMgS for regeneration and DUFOS for productional fertilizing was one of the most effective alternatives resulting in grain yield increase by 18.2%, KEE =1.61 and profit per hectare achieved 1.712 SKK. Application of DASA 26/13 or NMgS for regeneration fertilizing in combination with DAM 390 for productional fertilization was also very effective when profit per hectare achieved 1.618 SKK and 1.753 SKK, respectively. Within four combinations of fertilizers for quality fertilizing realized after previous regeneration and productional fertilization, the only variants with DUFOS were economically effective. Increase of the grain yields fluctuated from 16.0 to 19.0% with responding profit of from 364 SKK to 1.025 SKK per hectare. Application of all tested fertilizers increased both content of gluten (over 28%) and crude protein in grain. Also other quality parameters were increased including falling number, sedimentation index (SDS-test, Zeleny-test).
