Effect of cytokinins, BA and KIN with combination of NAA supplemented in MS medium (1962) for micro propagation of Plumbago indica Linn. were investigated. The results showed that 1.0 mg/l BA and 0.2 mg/l NAA was the best to increase shoot number, while KIN was less effective. In addition of 2.0 mg/l riboflavin in the medium incredibly increased shoot proliferation, as well as shoot height and number of nodes. One centimeter shoot were rooted in modified MS (1962) supplemented with various concentration of riboflavin and IBA. The result showed that 0.5-2.0 mg/l riboflavin increased rooting percentages, growth rate, leaf areas and enhanced rooting period.
