Micropropagation of Cryptocoryne blassii (red crypt) was performed. The best procedure was conducted in various experiment. Firstly, the explants must be surface sterilized by 4 percent NaOCL for 15 minutes and the surface sterilization repeated by 2 percent HgCl for 10 minutes. This process gives minimum infection but significantly maximum survival rate (p LT 0.05) and aseptic explants develop to be the plantlets within 4 weeks. Then the experiment studying effect of plant growth regulators on shoot proliferation was performed. It was found that the MS medium supplemented with BA 4 micro M and NAA 1 micro M induced maximum number of plantlets including average number of shoots of 5.90+-0.879 shoots/piece and the average number of roots of 2.10+-1.370 roots/piece. The plantlets from micropropagation were cultured in the soiless system. The Coic-Lesaint nutrient solution was used in different concentration. The red crypt developed with maximum growth rate in the nutrient solution of 0.5 mS/cm within 2 months, the average weight of the plant increased from 1.49+-0.611 g to 2.33+-0.078 g, the height from 4.97+-0.908 cm to 9.32+-0.339 cm and the number of leave from 7.14+-2.141 to 24.03+-1.210 with the 100 percent of survival rate.
