[Molecular-genetic markers in solving theoretical and practical tasks of maize breeding]

Inglés. Different areas of the maize genome are analyzed with the aid of molecular markers generated while the polymerase chain reaction takes place. According to the data of DNA-profiling of maize lines and hybrids, test systems are developed for the complex assessment of its genotype, in particular: its genetic purity, authenticity, heterosis potential, degree of resistance against the ear rot.

За даними ДНК-профілювання ліній і гибридів кукурудзи, розроблено тест-системи для комплексної оцінки її генотипу, а саме: його генетичної чистоти, автентичності, гетерозисного потенціалу, ступеня стійкості проти фузаріозної гнилі.
