On the basis of data dispensary inspections and treatments of highly productive cows it is established: purulent-necrotic diseases of distal part of finitenesses are direct result of a technological traumatism which is caused by an unsatisfactory design of old cattle-breeding premises, infringement of zoohygienic conditions of the maintenance (short stalls, rigid floors, a laying lack), absence of active physical exercise and indistinctly balanced diet. These pathologies have enough wide circulation and are diagnosed for 48,4% from the general number of highly productive cattle of golshtino-frizskogo origins. The most convenient carrier of oxygen is the isotonic solution of chloride of sodium (0,89%) in which at electrolysis on platinum, oxydix platinum-titanic and other suitable anodes there is an accumulation of active oxygen in the form of sodium hypochlorite (NaOCL). Intravenous application of sodium hypochlorite together with local processing of wounds possesses more expressed antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and detoxication action and as accelerates regeneration of tissues
