It has been established, that mycoplasmas in association with other microorganisms are one of the major etiological factors of acute endometrium in cows against background of non-specific immunity decrease. Endometritis mycoplasmic etiology in cows is widely distributed, especially on farms with poor level of animal husbandry. The developed preparation Floxametrinum used for treatment of cows with postnatal endometritis of mycoplasmic etiology provides high therapeutic and preventive efficiency due to a wide spectrjm of antimicrobic action. The preparation Floxametrinum for treatment of the cows sick of postnatal endometrium of mycoplasmic aetiology, at its intrauterine application in a dose of 20,0 ml on 100 kg of weight of a body of an animal with an interval of 48 hours a course which is not exceeding five injections, provides high therapeutic efficiency (93,8 %) as the wide spectrum of antimicrobial actions. Treatment of the cows sick postnatal is purulent-catarrhal endometrium of mycoplasmic aetiology, Floxametrinum leads to reduction of cases of latent endometritis (in 5,8 times) during the period from clinical recover before fertilisation. Floxametrinum, entered in unterine of cows for 4-6 day of the postnatal period in a dose of 20,0 ml on 100 kg of weight of a body of an animal twice with an interval 24 hours promote disease decrease with endometritis in 3,5 times, to reduction of the period from calving before fertilization for 24,6 days
