[Contemporary problems of forming the system of land resources management mechanisms in the Republic of Belarus]

Mechanisms of managing of land resources are considered as a system, which determines the activity of state authority and local authority organs in all the issues of land use. General content of mechanisms is based on legislative base of land and property relations and the system of present normative law acts in the sphere of land and nature use. We should take into account not only generally accepted mechanisms (legislative and economic), but also independent ecological and economic mechanism of management. The procedures approved in Belarus and conditions of application of the indicated mechanisms create preconditions for satisfaction of land and general territorial requirements of all subjects of public relations
