The carried out analysis of situation with formation of sources of profit of the agricultural organizations has shown, that at working out of an order of stimulation of workers from profit the differentiation of specifications is necessary. For rendering of the practical help in formation of fund of participation in profit of all workers specifications of its deduction was developed. During research it is established, that in those agricultural organizations where the net profit sum makes over 800 million rbl., from production realization also it is received. The insignificant income. Therefore by working out of the differentiated specifications of its deduction on stimulation the minimum sizes are established in the presence of net profit in volume to 800 million rbl. and counting on the worker to 2 million rbl. 15 groups have been allocated. The maximum specifications are defined for the organizations with net profit from above 15 млрд rbl. and counting on the worker - over 15 million rbl. Well-known, that on increase of an overall performance of the agricultural organizations considerable influence renders activity of executives. Thereupon we offer separate specifications of the income on stimulation of heads and the main experts of the organizations depending on the net profit sum of the enterprise and counting on one worker. The differentiation of groups and subgroups of the organizations the same, as well as for workers is resulted. The carried out calculations on net profit deduction on stimulation of different categories of workers are presented
