[Optimum sizing of land use of agricultural enterprises with branch organizational-industrial structure]

The developed model of optimization of sizes of land use of agricultural enterprises is presented. The mechanism of comparison of the specific industrial expenses increasing and reducing the area of an economy is opened. The optimum sizes of land use of agricultural organizations with branch organizational-industrial structure for average conditions of republic are established. Thus, proceeding from the spent research it is possible to draw following conclusions: the substantiation of the optimum sizes of land use the agricultural enterprises is necessary for carrying out taking into account their organizational-industrial structure. The optimum sizes of concrete economy on the area of farmlands with branch organizational-industrial structure are recommended for defining taking into account local conditions with use of the developed model. In the agricultural enterprise with branch organizational-industrial structure in which one economic center functions, the optimum sizes of land tenure depending on a configuration of its territory, a place of placing of the economic center and land development are in limits from 3840 8670 hectares of agricultural lands
