[Consequence of green manure crops worked by biological preparations rizobacterin and fitostimofos on the biochemical composition of carrot-roots]

Character of changes of parameters of dry matters, free organic matters, vitamin С and macroelements accumulation in carrot-roots is shown under the field experiment on the dermo-podzolic loam soil with 11-varient scheme of treatment with small and high (0.5 and 1.0 l/ha) doses of Rizobacterin and Fitostimofos of mowed mass of two croppers - forecrops - lupine and Chinese radish with further its incorporation into the soil through disking. In some experiment variants with the use of cultivations an essential (by 7-48%) impoverishment of carrots by organic acids, vitamin С and macroelements has been established. This factor categorically points out a decrease in its nutritional and vitamin value. The largest number of positive shifts in biological composition of carrot-roots under the influence of such factors is established at the time of their cultivation after Chinese radish especially on the back of Rizobacterin use. Herewith the most marked positive effect was reached through the use of a high dose of both preparations
