The spent comparative estimation of influence of doses of mineral fertilizers in substratum with various kinds of peat has shown that application of mineral fertilizers into dose N390P300K450 on 1 м3 of peat promoted the most intensive growth and seedling development. At structure of substratum of 50% of the lowland peat and of 50% of the top peat and the raised dose of mineral fertilizers the most qualitative sprouts with high biometric indicators are formed. It is established that for the purpose of reception of mother plants of high quality for cultivation of seedling of Mara cabbage variety the substratum consisting of 50% of the lowland peat and of 50% of the top peat was the best at application of mineral fertilizers on 1 м3 mixture in dose N39oP3ooK450. Thus there was a formation of the largest mother plants. Plants of this variant of the substratum have generated the largest mother plants. Thus the average weight of cabbage head has made 3,3 kg, its diameter - 23,4 cm, height of external - 19,9 cm and density of cabbage head - 0,57/cm3. At storage on the output of cabbage stump runts an essential difference between variants of substrata content are not revealed
