[Methodical approaches to assessment of potential of soil-land resources of eroded and swamped agro-landscapes]

The results of investigations on assessment of potential of soil-land resources of eroded and swamped agro-landscapes on the basis of various methodical approaches: establishment of quantitative influence of natural, natural-antropogenic and antropogenic factors on productive lands ability; assessment of formed soil fertility level on agrochemical indexes (acidity, humus content and nutrients), comparative analysis of data of cadastre land valuation are given in this article. In erosive agro-landscapes of the northern soil-ecological provinces the natural conditions (humidity of territories, size of a layer of a superficial drain with fall ploughing and a share of soils of heavy granulometric structure) are the main factor defining potential of soil-ground resources and productive ability of soils, which do not give in to regulation and demand the obligatory account at agricultural production conducting. The estimation of the developed fertility of soils allows to think in a certain measure about potential of soil-ground resources and productive ability of soils of erosive and boggy agro-landscapes. It is established, that higher soil-resource potential boggy agro-landscapes of the Polotsk-Shumilin area possess where diversity of agrochemical properties of soils and their higher provision with humus is less expressed. Results of the cadastral estimation of grounds not always give the chance to estimate potential of ground resources of soil-ecological areas. So, distinctions in an estimation of fertility of soils of investigated areas make only 1 point. For an estimation of productive ability of soils of separate land users expediently performance of special grouping of the economy, allowing to reveal territorial distinctions in the potential of soils
