Our rape fields in a significant degree suffer from perennial dicotyledonous weeds (Cirsium arvense Scop., Soncnus arvensis) and also from Galium aparine and Matricaria spp. To carry out purposeful these weed species chemical control we studied a new post-emergent herbicide Galera 334 WS (267 g/l clopyralid + 67 g/l picloram). In the article the results of studying the biological and economic efficiency of the herbicide are presented. It is determined that the herbicide Galera WS at the rates of application 0,3 and 0,35 l/ha effectively protects rape crops against perennial dicotyledonous weeds (Sonchus spp.) and some species of annual dicotyledonous (Polygonum spp., Matricaria spp., Galium aparine). The biological efficiency on weed number decrease has made 75,0-100%, vegetative weight -83,0-97,2%. The preserved yield - for more than 2 cwt/ha in comparison with the control without weeding
