Results of research on production and preservation of inoculation material of the perspective glucose oxidase producer Penicillium adametzii LF F-2044.1 cultured on the bulk substrates (wheat bran, peeled barley, oat flakes and millet) for the further submerged cultivation were presented. It was found that wheat moistened up to 30-40% with the distilled water proved to be the optimal substrate for the production of the physiologically active inoculation material of studied fungus and its preservation. It provided high level of glucose oxidase formation in the submerged culture. It was shown that spore viability and biosynthetic activity of fungus grown on wheat bran substrate remained at initial level in course of 10 months. In the conditions of longer preservation (12 months) there was stated the lowering of viable spores number and biosynthetic activity of fungus on 15% and 25%, respectively. The activation of glucose oxidase synthesis in the conditions of inoculation material (3,8*10E5 spores/ml) cultivated on wheat bran moistened with solutions of gluconic acid, indoleacetic acid and hematoglobulin was analysed. Influence of the quantity of spore inoculation material on Penicillium adametzii LF F-2044.1 growth was shown
