The established laws of receipt of radionuclides in production of various cultures were theoretical basis for working out of measures on decrease of transition of radionuclide into agricultural production. Thus, the carried out research have shown dependence of mobility and biological availability of radionuclides of Chernobyl emission on natural factors and possibility of reduction of their role under the influence of people. The genetic characteristic of soils contains the information on possibilities of movement in each case ¬and accumulation of radionuclides and, hence, possibilities of forecasting of natural clarification of soils, and also serves as a reliable reference point at working out of a complex of the protective actions promoting decrease of receipt of radionuclides into agricultural production
