The results of studying epin, 0,025% a.s. efficiency by potato varieties (Odisey, Krinitsa, Atlant) differing by maturation time and susceptibility to diseases growing under field conditions are presented. High epin 0,025% as activity as an inductor of the disease resistance and potato plant growth regulator is determined what allows to decrease the pesticide load in the scheme of protective measures against late blight and get a reliable yield increase. It is stressed that the highest effectiveness of epin 0,025% a.s. application can be obtained by potato plants spraying at early vegetation time – at full seedlings stage. One should take it into account by optimization the technology of potato growing
