Spring cabbage root-fly (Delia brassicae Bouche.) and carrot rust-fly (Psila rosae F.) are dangerous cabbage and carrot pests. Carrot root crop damage by carrot rust-fly has made from 6,5 to 10,2%, cabbage plant death – 22,9-36,0%. It is determined that the biological preparation use based on entomopathogenic nematodes Steinernema feltiae, strain SBS2-96 gives an opportunity to protect cabbage and carrot against the indicated above phytophages. The preparation application (at the rate 10x109 of invasive larvae of entomopathogenic nematodes pro hectare) gives an opportunity to decreased carrot root crop damage by carrot rust-fly for 36,0-78,4%. The biological efficiency of a biological preparation in relation to spring cabbage root-fly (application of water suspension of entomopathogenic nematodes from the calculation 100 ths. Invasive plants/plant has made 55,2-59,4%
