Glycosyl ureids production from whey and urea mix as be acceptable and useable by dairy units, is main purpose in this study. Thus, most of the studies and methods, operated on natural deproteinated whey in applicable time. The main variables in this study were mole ratio of urea and lactose, lactose purity, temperature, time and lactose content of substrates. Experiments methods were worked based on effect of factors that above mentioned in different vessels with or without agitation. The optimum yield (%78/7) is concerned to natural deproteinated whey that heated at 70 oC and 12 hours.
