Statistical test was attempted about the current state and the recognition of the use of regional wood based on the questionnaire survey result intended for the wooden house construction trader in Akita prefecture. It was suggested that 'The number of housing productions' and 'Precut material use level' influence a use material and various recognition from the result. However, there is no effect of the above-mentioned index on problem in Akita-sugi-lumber use and product development in the future.
