Tested drinks were stored during the expiration date in different temperature conditions. We didin't notice influence of storage conditions on grow of microorganisms and content of acidity and total extract. In the other hand, higher storage temperature caused decrease in the number of aspartame concentration relatively about 50 percent in soft drinks contain only aspartame. These changes disqualified organoleptic quality and reducted expiration date about 3 months in tested drinks. After 7 months, during storage in the same temperature soft drinks contain aspartame/acesulfame K mixture, we noticed higher stability of aspartame and improper organoleptic quality
