Work related diseases have great socio-medical and economic significance for they are very often cause of absentism - absence from work place and invalidity and they are consequently great burden for entire society, family and individual as well. Diseases of locomotion system, primarily cervical and lumbar syndromes are the most frequent work related diseases, having multi-factorial pathogenesis. Drivers of agricultural machines are frequently affected by these diseases, directly or indirectly influenced by professional risks (non-physiologial body position during work activity, body strains vibrations, work in open place, non-ergonomic chair, etc.)
