The problem whom a peasant - micro farmer abd a firm - makrofarm meet in Durmitor Mt. area (Montenegro) are numerous and they are solely connected with their basic activity - the existing of animal husbandry. Raising of cattle and sheep, as well as producing of dairy products like cheese and cream and meat products, smoked mutton meat, lamb meat have been and still are traditional activity. These problems could be grouped in two groups: natural and social ones. In the first group there are relief, geographic and pedological - biological characteristics of soil, climate, vegetation period, problems with use of grassy areas, altitude, ecology, problems and unsatisfying race structure. In the second group there are social factors, agrarian politics, economy measures of stimulus, guaranteed marks for products, problem of credits, subvention, regress and awards, economy and organization of an agricultural farm business and uneducated farmers. In research of the influence of special factors we have found extremely bad and negative conditions of business and very bad use of cattery, fodder capacities and possibilities of Durmitor Mt. area. The reasons of such a bad situation are numerous and they can be traced in the bad state ruling of agrarian politics i.e. economic measures of support, as well as organizing - economical efficacy in the cattle raising. These reasons are caused by other bad factors.
