Electromagnetic field (EF) of 0.4-2.8 A per m action to activate alkaline solutions is studied. The solutions (Na aluminate) are used for partial refining (PR) vegetable oils specifically raw cotton oil (CO) received by forepressing or extraction. The forepressed CO (acid number 8.1mg KOH per g, phospholipid content is 1.4%, free and associated gossypol (0.36% and 0.39% respectively) is treated by Na aluminate 15% solution and its surplus of 40%. It is shown that the solution treatment in EF has been intensified the CO PR. The acid number, phospholipids and gossypol content fall down. They do it the more the EF strength increases. The follow EF increase has a little effect on the mentioned component content change. The raw extreacted CO ( acid number is 7.9 mg KOH per g, phosphlipid content is 1.9%, free gossypol content is 0.51% and associated one is 0.48%) has been treated by analogy at this the optimal activity of alkaline solution is determined at EF strength of 1.6 A per m
