Phytobasis from flora of Belarus in structures of functional non-alcoholic beverages

New functional non-alcoholic beverages Feniks and Dar have been developed on the basis of the researches carried out. As the basic vegetative raw material for preparation of new non-alcoholic beverages compositions of vegetative raw material Dorozhnaya and Kaskad have been selected. The structure of composition Dorozhnaya includes: acorus calamyc root, matricaria chamomilla flowers, hypericum perforatum grass, artemisia grass, the structure of composition Kaskad includes hypericum perforatum grass and pinus silvestris. These compositions concern to the category of phytoadditives. The non-alcoholic beverages have pleasant, full sour-sweet taste, easy, harmonious aroma. The beverages Feniks and Dar contain 19.4% and 23.1% of solid matter, 0.017% and 0.025% of vitamin C and 1.4% and 1.9% of tannin and coloring agents respectively. They are made by including apple juice and kvas wort instead of sugar. The structure of drinks forms the complex polycomponent system provided by a complex of extractive substances that promotes creation of functional products
