There is proposed of a method for diagnosis of blocking oviducts in cows to identify their latent pathology manifested in the form of high patency (uterine subinvolution) relative (chronic endometritis) and absolute blocking (oviduct aplasia). An gynecological animal examination has found with rectal investigation clinically in 2.5% of sterile cows (hydrosalpingitis, piosalpingitis); with postmortem study – hydrosalpingitis – 6.9%; cysts of oviduct wall – 3.4%, ovariobursal adhesion – 37.8%; cysts and commissures in mesoovarium and mesosalpings – 17%, cysts of ovary net – 3.4% and serous inclusive cysts of ovary surface – 6.9%. the proposed method of diagnosis of blocking oviducts and count of patency coefficient of oviducts allowed to identify that for cows with uterine subinvolution typical was absolute patency of oviducts with high patency coefficient (224.0), average patency coefficient (197.2) in springing cows and heifers, low patency coefficient (177.2) corresponded to cows diseased with endometritis. A negative correlation relationship was obtained by calculating the correlation coefficient between the pregnancy time and oviduct patency coefficient confirming the fact that in the first third of pregnancy this patency coefficient is unstable.
