The studied bacterial preparations Azotobakterin (AB), Fosfobakterin (FB) and Kremnebakterin (KB) are fluid concentrates of soil bacteria pure cultures. AB is made on the base of Azotobacter chroococcum (the strain Az d10, the number in All-Russia Microorganism Collection (ARMC) is V-2272 D). This strain is able to produce indoleacetic acid and it is also resistant to the herbicide Deltametrine. FB is created on the base of acid-forming bacteria Bacillus megaterium var. phosphaticum (the strain PI-04, the number in ARMC is V-2357 D), which promote phosphate transpose into the form available for plants. KB is made on the base of silicate bacteria Bacillus mucilaginosus (the strain VKM V-1574) liberating the enzyme silicase. Biopreparation tests were holding on cucumber, carrot, cabbage, purret, grown in fields in the Irkutsk Region. Temporary film coverage was used to protect cucumbers and tomatoes from frosts. Spray materials of the AB, FB and KB mixtures (5 ml of a concentrate with bacteria titer of 10E-6 kilo liter/ml per 10 liter of water) were added into soil at watering at the rate of 1 liter/square m during planting and then after each 5-10 days. Yields of cucumbers and tomatoes treated by biopreparations increased by 20% and 14% respectively. Yield additions formed due to fruit number increase (not weight of a single fruit). Carrot and cabbage yields increased in 1.5-1.6 times mainly due to weight increase of a single fruit. Nitrate content decreased from 74.6 to 62.4 milli kg/gram of raw substances, nitrite content did from 4.75 to 3.87 mkg/g. Purret yield of the varieties Kolambus and Karantanskij grew up by 13% and 20% respectively. Soluble protein content in an underground part of purret increased by 18 and 24% respectively and nitrate content decreased up to 60 and 86% of the proper control meanings respectively. The conclusion has been made that joint using of AB, FB and KB supports a complex plant dressing and increases the main nutrient availability for them. This contributes yield increase and improvement of plant production.
