Beauveria bassiana (Balsamo) Vuillemin. is an entomopathogenic fungus with wide host range. The mycelial growth on media and evaluation of efficacy of white muscardine, B. bassiana to damage economic importance pest for controlling insect pests under were investigated under laboratory conducted.Colonial growth of B. bassiana from isolate leat eating weevil, Hypomeces squamosus Fabricius test on 5 media: Water Agar (WA), Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA), Corn Meal Agar (CMA), Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) and Sabouraud Dextrose Agar with Yeast Extract (SDAY) showed that the medium which favorable for mycelial growth was PDA, SDA, SDAY, CMA and WA respectively . Preliminary inoculation test on lavae and adult of Coconut hispine beetle, Brontispa longissima, Coffee berry borer, Hypothenemus hampei and Termite, Coptotermes gestroi by spayed spore suspension method of B. bassiana. The result showed that B. bassiana could infected the lavae and adult of Coconut hispine beetle in which the mean of percent morality were 82.5 percent and 75 percent, Coffee berry borer were 77.5 percent and Termite 87.5 percent ,respectively.
