In experiments to gain more cane production by irrigation and soil moisture content conservation compare between drip irrigation and tillage for soil moisture content conservation treatments. There are 4 treatments of 5 replications of RCBD 1) Drip irrigation 2) Drip irrigation with tillage for soil moisture content conservation 3) Tillage for soil moisture content conservation after raining 2 days 4) Without drip irrigation and without tillage for soil moisture content conservation. The experiment was conducted at Ban Tupfaimai Uthaithanee. According to the experiments in 2006, drip irrigation increases moisture content of soil, soil in the 1 st and the 2 nd treatments have more moisture content than soil in the 3 rd and the 4 th treatment. After a week, soil in the 2 nd treatment has more moisture content than soil in the 1 st treatment. So the treatment of drip irrigation with tillage for soil moisture content conservation gives more cane production than other treatment, average productivity 11.75 tons/rai. Drip irrigation gives 8.14 tons/rai, Tillage for soil moisture content conservation after raining 2 days gives 6.47 tons/rai,and without drip irrigation and without tillage for soil moisture content conservation gives 6.44 tons/rai .There is no statistics different between the sweetness of the cane (ccs) in 4 treatment .The sugar contents is between 11-12 ccs. From the weight of cane and the sugar content, the treatment of drip irrigation with tillage for soil moisture content conservation(the 2 nd treatment) gives more productivity of cane than other treatment, 1.75 tons ccs/rai I his result was similar with the result of field test at Karnchanaburi Sugar Industry mill farm, Chainat province.
