[Preservation of carrot depending on a variety, sowing date and vegetation duration]

Inglés. Effect of a variety, sowing date, harvesting and duration of vegetation and лежкість of roots of carrot are considered. Data on losses of carrot roots during preserving, changes in the juice content are given. Losses in moisture content in different parts of the roots are calculated.
