Objectives of the study were to investigate the behavior, knowledge and attitude of egg consumer in Thailand, the age of consumer sample were divided to four groups, children, teenager, adult and elderly on knowledge, attitude, and behavior of egg consumption. The studied samples were 2,000 consumer from10 provinces in 6 regions of Thailand .Collecting data was done though interviewing schedule. The data were analyzed means and percentages and statistic by Duncan's Multiple Range Test. Results shown that about half of the egg consumers had incorrect knowledge and attitude of egg consumption. The behavior of egg consumption was ranking as medium level. The children had different knowledge of egg Quality from other groups. The elderly had different attitude and behavior on egg consumption from other groups.
