Study of the relationship between crabs and theirs associated marine organisms in coral reef were carried out at Mu Ko Surin National Park during February, 2005-March, 2007. The species diversity found were in 10 families, 20 genera and 27 species. The high diversity of crabs were found in family Trapeziidae with 3 genera, 6 species and Majidae with 3 genera, 5 species. Trapezia cymodoce was the dominant species. The number of species of crabs that found live together with other 4 groups of marine organisms: cnidarians, echinoderms, algae and sponge were 19, 5, 2 and 1 species, respectively. Hard coral had the highest numbers of crabs with 12 species. The purpose to associate with other organisms were for shelter, food, camouflage and defense. The relationship between crabs and theirs associated marine organisms in coral reef causes the complexity and the high biodiversity of the marine ecosystem.
