Product development of Bacillus subtilis (Bs), tobacco root soil isolate no. 4, to control ginger wilt was investigated. Objective of the study was to achieve high endospore concentration, shelf life period of endospore and carrier material of the Bs products. Twenty one sets of media formulation, shaking performance and carrier materials, skim milk, corn flour and talcum were studied. The results showed that the high endospores concentration in N3 and FFS1 media were 3.10*10**(8) and 2.1*10**(8) cfu/ml.,respectively. Incubating Bs on shaker in 150 and 200 rpm speed showed the high endospore productivity. The survival of endospore in liquid product with and without skim milk added produced from FFS1 media after 5 months preservation were 3.3*107 and 8.3*107 cfu/ml., respectively. Both endospore concentrations in corn flour and talcum added wettable powder products, after 7 months preservation, decreased to 107 cfu/ml. while non of Bs survival in product with talcum added produced from PSA media without endospore stimulation has been found.
